Holiday Schedule for 2024 WM staff work all holidays except Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.If the holiday falls on or before your pickup day, your service will be delayed by one (1) day.

The WM CE (Customer Experience) is 1-888-960-0008 for residents to call in to request a change in service, inquire regarding their invoice, have a cart replaced or anything regarding their WM service or billing. The best information to have on hand when calling in is their Customer ID located in the upper portion of their invoice.
