The Lift Station at the corner of Fraser and Elizabeth is clogged with rags. Thankfully, this time no damage has been done to the pumps. These repairs are very costly. Do not flush diapers and baby wipes, even those labeled "flushable"; rags, tampons and sanitary pads, personal care wipes; cleaning/disinfecting wipes and disposable toilet brushes; paper towels, "disposable" contact lenses; cigarette butts, dental floss, and toothpicks.LaPrairie City Council
